Our story
From one estate to many.
SAEG FM began life as the facility-management arm of the Second Avenue Residents Association in Apo-Guzape. Managing our own estate taught us, first-hand, how much smoother life becomes when one accountable team handles everything, and how often the alternative leaves residents frustrated.
As we refined that model, neighbouring estates began to ask whether we could do the same for them. So we did. SAEG FM was established as a standalone company (RC9426236) with the structure and capacity to serve communities well beyond Second Avenue. Our roots remain in Guzape; our reach now extends across Abuja.
Mission & purpose
Lift the burden of running an estate.
Our purpose is simple: to take the entire weight of estate operations off the people who would otherwise carry it. Residents' associations and estate owners should be free to focus on their community, not on coordinating vendors and chasing repairs. We exist to make that possible, quietly, reliably and to a standard that residents are proud of.
