Common areas are cleaned daily as standard, with high-traffic spaces such as lobbies, entrances and restrooms attended to more than once a day where needed. We agree a written schedule with your residents' association up front, and periodic deep cleans are planned in alongside the daily routine.
What areas of the estate does the cleaning cover?
We focus on shared and common spaces: lobbies, corridors, stairwells, walkways, entrances, communal amenities, shared restrooms, refuse points and grounds. Individual homes are not included by default, though we can discuss arrangements for private residences separately if the association requests it.
